GOLDEN COURT
Senior Chef Wong Tak Wing
Chef Wong has more than 16 years' experience in senior roles in prominent Cantonese restaurants, many of which are based in his native Hong Kong. This includes Nanhai No. 1 and Lei Garden during the time that both restaurants held Michelin stars. Chef Wong is known for his expertise in menu creation and dish development, and enjoys staying abreast of culinary trends. With unwavering dedication to excellence, Chef Wong is committed to refining Golden Court’s identity as one of the best Cantonese restaurants in town.
COPA STEAKHOUSE
Chef Daniel Verissimo Sousa
In the early days of his culinary career, Chef Sousa combined his interests in travel and cooking, which allowed him to gain invaluable experience in prestigious restaurants and hotels in Portugal, Spain, and France. He has also worked at a number of Michelin rated restaurants including Portugal's Fortaleza Do Guincho and Vila Joya, Spain's ABaC Restaurant and Hotel, and Macao's Robuchon au Dôme. Chef Sousa is deeply passionate about his craft and enjoys the opportunity to maintain Copa Steakhouse's reputation as the best steakhouse in Macao while introducing new dishes that reflect his personal style.
